A guy named Shaun, claiming to be from the Accident Helpline, called about a car accident. I played along, then after several minutes, revealed I was describing an incident on the dodgems at a funfair in Essex. He thanked me for wasting his time, then got abusive. I laughed and told him to get a proper job. It s the only way to deal with this sort of nuisance.
This is a fake number; the call was from a scammer. ANY unexpected call about your computer, router, viruses, wifi, IP address, or internet being cut off, offering discounts...
Somebody pretending to be from my internet provider saying that my internet would be disconnected within 24 hours.....etc.
I think this was a scam call, recorded message saying This is a call from fraud an amount of £800 used for an American online gambling please press 1 to speak to an agent. Which I did and the message repeated
