I have no idea how you made this a number from Russia, no idea what or who it is, just rings and hangs up, so blocked. DON'T EVER ring back, if they don't speak it's of no use to you, and is one of the ways to rip you off, because it registers as a live number and they docan sell your number onto other scam lists; and the number can get diverted to a premium number that will cost you serious money, search it before anything else, and report when it's bad.

They call every day and never stop. I have no idea who they are as they never leave voice mail and if you call back it goes to an expensive 08 numbet.

"Ron from EYG" called to "let me know how to get the most from my conservatory" - was quick to hang up when informed that my number is registered with the TPS.
Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer and that seems the right course of action given other comments
