Scammer with Indian accent claiming to be from Opus Energy, our electricity provider, asking us to confirm our MPAN number because of technical problems in our area and becoming aggressive, threatening to cut us off because we wanted the request in writing. Opus confirmed no such request has been made.

i get the call daily and am really getting fed up now. i might just scream down the phone at them next time and tell them to frig off.
