Made out they were connected to EE & that EE were identifying bis customers & moving them onto different tarrifs & his companies job to make sure I was on right tarrif. Then asked about signal & was told O2 better. Was told this was not an ungrade, not a new contract & reason he didnt know anything about my account was that he was bottom of ladder & data protection. He reconned he could sort me out just by my answering a few questions! Look them up, they just sell biz tarrifs for all
