A lady with an English accent informed my that there has been a report identifying loft insulation materials as hazardous, and that everybody is entitled to a free survey. I explained that my property didn't fit her survey expectations and he apologised for bothering me and hung up. As a guess, anyone who opts for a survey will be told that any existing insulation is deadly and it will be removed at an exorbitant cost, but as I don't know that for certain I am only labelling this call as annoying.

Claimed to be research from Facebook re survey I completed in April or May. I answered stuff that was on my public Facebook profile but not stuff that was hidden or could be used to get access. I wasn't totally sure if genuine or not even if questions surrounded the birthday feature of Facebook.
