This number called at 15.50. Male with Asian accent said he was from BT Open Reach. I cut him off as were not with BT. Possible scam?

Silence at the end of the phone when I answered so probably a spam call

I have no idea who this person was. Had a strong Indian(?) accent and I couldn't understand what he was saying. He rang at 7.30 a.m. so I assume a scam of some sort.

Accident Do not pick up this number 0141 769 0254 - they are a scam and apart from anything i am registered with the Telephone preference service so will be providing them with details as they are not allowed to call me and can be prosecuted
