02037 numbers are documented on the internet as being nuisance/scam calls trying to elicit card payments over the phone for all sorts of things eg your telephone provider, internet provider. If you let it go to voicemail, it'll be a silent call. Just block. Remember, if your providers genuinely need to contact you about something important, they'll contact you in writing, not via a call!
About a dozen calls from this number thus far. They re a bogus survey company trying to capture information from you so that they can sell your data as a marketing lead. Have blocked the number and will report the organisation to Trading Standards and the Information Commissioner s Office, as they are in clear breach of data protection legislation.
