During your contract they occasionally call offering upgrades or other services. can occasionally be useful if you were thinking of upgrading - you can upgrade as early as 6 months before the end of your contract with a telephone advisor as opposed to 3 months online. Phone rang - picked it up - guy with Asian accent said his name was frank ---More like Mohamed. His words- "I m calling from an accident investigation department." At this point I just hung up. I have had no accidents - I am over 70 disabled hence am in the house most of the time. I have seen no accidents. So this is a con. These people are criminals who prey on the gullible or greedy. They cannot be a genuine business otherwise they would not ring because I am signed up to TIPS. This country is not content

Fraud - someone called saying they were from o2 - they confirmed my details to me and I went through security like normal with o2 and they sent me a message with a code on that I relaid back to them. I called o2 and they confirmed this was fraud and not from a legitimate source.
