SCAM / SPAM apparently motoring investigation that I might have to pay £3000 for something. Changed his story as I questioned him on the details. Don't just hang up on them, make it annoying. Change your story.

This number called me today. Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer it. They didn't leave a voicemail.
Claims to be from HMRC and about to issue a warrant. Pre-recorded voice wanting you to select a number to be connected.

Called today. We didn't answer and never will as long as it's a number we don't know. Must be telemarketers.
Had 2 calls from this number whilst out yesterday , within 1 minute of each other - So rather suspicious, and multiple-times calling is something that call centres have been known to do (when they shouldn't even be calling me as ex-Directory and TPS-registered). So likely to be a Scanmmer / may well also be spoofing the number.

This from 01929774083 company called my mobile- it was a missed call. I phoned the number back& it was answered by a female with a Liverpudlian accent, who repeatedly mumbled the company name,but I eventually got it out of her. She said Our records show that you may have been involved an a minor accident in the last 2.5 years and may have suffered an injury. I told her that I had not. I asked her where she got my number from, but she just re-iterated our records . I returned her call from my number withh

Fraud - Indian sounding male claiming to be from Visa and there had been a £900 transaction on my card. When I told him I was a police officer, he hung up.
