The guy said I called for an uber which I did not. He asked me to confirm my name "Is this xyz" I did not confirm my name. He said that you have called an Uber and I confirmed I did not. 2 Hours late I log onto my bank, and there were 5 transactions taken from my account - completely emptying it. All from Uber... There was a number of calls from very similar numbers too. After talking to my bank, they said they take your money from your card details. DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14138002xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing calls - Scottish Power, debts and loans... Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

As others, I have received numerous calls from this number, twice messages have been left from an obviously recorded/robotic voice pertaining to be an HMRC Officer - first time from Bristol, second from London. Threatening action but without saying what for. Ignore the message and block the number.

This number should be a landline from areas of Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Thornaby-on-Tees, Redcar, Billingham, Yarm, Eaglescliffe, South Bank, Stokesley. I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck.
