Called asking to speak to my partner (Business) Me, very polite, "What is it in connection with?" Them "It s a personal business matter" Me "Who are you" Them "It s a...." Me "Click" The least you can do is to have the good manners to tell me what your company is or what you want. I am the gatekeeper - and it s half my biz too.
