Text message claiming to be an alert from HSBC that a payment request had been made from my account from an unrecognised device. There was a link in the text to report that it was not me who had made the request. Spoke to HSBC who confirmed it was not them

SCAM / Spam Just called through through to my disabled mother threatening that she could be arrested because she owed money and that she needed to give her name. Obviously panicked she called up to me and the caller hung up. Mum has previously had a stroke and God knows what could have happened! These people need locking up!!
