claiming to be BT - suspected scam call
Hey guys I woke up to this scam today some crap called wapstar text me at 4am claiming I’ve subscribed to there service and il be charged £4.50 checked online and this seems like a real scam that was costing people money so I checked my o2 and I myself was actually being charged the £4.50 by these scam artists so I phoned o2 explained the situation and that id like a premium rate bar on my devices so it doesn’t happen again and I made it clear that this was not me and I’m not willing to pay scam artists a p
Computer call Female English voice. Pauses waits for a yes and if yes forwards to a call centre. Starts with " We believe you have had Accident in the last few months..." Blah Blah Blah

Hangs up as soon as answer phone kicks in.
Indian voice claiming to be from BT stating that there is a problem with my internet connection. He said that because of Covid an engineer could not come but he could fix the problem over the phone. I do not have a BT connection. He rang off when I said I was an engineer. Almost certainly a scam!

Call center They called me today and the first thing she asked me was how was my day going today, I asked her who she was, she had a very strong Asian accent so I couldn't understand the company name that she said, but it didn't sound familiar even when she repeated it, she then asked me how was my day going today, I realised then that she must be reading from a script so I hung up.
Missed call
Received a text message claiming to be about Avon saying they are recruiting etc. Want you to reply STOP to unsubscribe
