01924 833954:SCAMMER CALL: Auto male voiced stating that my BT account and internet service was down to be deactivated - asking to press 1 for BT to stop it & 2 to carry on with the deactivation process. TOTAL SCAMMER & as a warning to other people receiving this call - DO NOT press anything - IGNORE - hang up - REPORT to TPS (if you are registered) & use sites like this one to alert other people about these pathetic con artists. Biggest laugh - I DO NOT HAVE (& NEVER HAVE HAD) a BT account!
QA training. My experience has been that they use a very hard sell technique. Not pleasant.
