Annoying! This system should be discontinued. If there is an actual message, send it by text.
Claimed to be from BT hacking dept. Said my connection was being used by a hacker and they would have to close down my line unless I let them install anti hacking software. During the process £1800 was stolen from my credit card and my laptop is unusable. BT says 01623744013 isn't a phone number.
