Some wideboy called Liam from Advice link or something. What a miserable life he must lead. Couldn t pronounce my name despite it only being 2 syllables. added a third. I don t know why. A syllable is a unit of organization for a sequence of speech sounds for your info Liam. Asked when myself or my wife (i m not married) were available to talk. I clearly joked by saying midnight, at which he said he d call back then and hung up. We ll see if he calls back then. If he does, he ll wake up a 16 month year old.

Claimed he was calling from Microsoft. When I said to him that he was making it all up, he told me "If I didn t like it I could shove it up my ass and go F**k myself". Charming. I know my father has picked up the phone before and had the same issues with him. Sounds like the same Asian man.

Missed call - texted the number and got no response so i called it back to see who it was. it dialled for a few seconds then the call ended.
I received a call from 02088766971 telling me that I am reported from Tax problem. In this case, why HMRC does not write to me? Have anyone received similar call from this number? thanks.

SCAM saying HMRC have a tax fraud case against you. Very loud threatening automated message telling you you will be arrested soon if you don't press 1 to call them. Mobile number locator shows as being near industrial site off Mitton Road, Whalley near Blackburn. The intent is to scare vulnerable/older people into making contact, so as to gain access to their PC via remote access. HMRC are aware of this type of scam but I informed them anyway.
Been called from this number 4 times in ten days. I delay picking up and it hangs up.
Telemarketing
Keep leaving messages to phone back. Avoid they are a debt "management" company.
