No one ever at other end, just hangs up.
They use multiple landline numbers, so if you block one, they dial on another. Although, it is a Manchester code, I suspect the call centre is abroad as when you do speak to someone, their English is not the best. The company has acquired some basic information about you (name & address) from a source. Annoying as they ring multiple times.

I don t know how to get in touch with the company or block the number, but I do know they are spoofing the telephone number; it s not really their line. If you call it back, it s an incorrect number . This type of behaviour should be illegal if it isn t already.

I've just had a call from this number saying my insurance was up for my fridge, washing machine and cooker. (I know this is tripe because I only fitted the whole kitchen out this year). He asked if I was going to renew the insurance, I said no, he asked why not, I said I didn't want to, he put the phone down on me lol
