Sent me texts claiming to be Barclay's Bank. Then called from a withheld number, saying they'd sent me texts. I knew it was a scam - this has been tried before. They have a programme, Barclay's told me, that hacks in to Barclay's legitimate numbers so the texts look like they come from Barclay's.
Telemarketing Sales call Caller left message asking mt to press 1 as i was being investigated. I rang this number back and found it to be telesales with option to speak to customer services, sales etc

Called me at 8:03, woke me up, was not best pleased when they hung up without speaking, so I blocked the number. They tried to call back 5 minutes later Ha Ha.

Number called mobile and when did not answer house number which no one has except bank drs hospital turns out it was legit as i called back on way to bank anyway! Cards been cancelled and asked in bank to make sure was legit and that a text i recieved was also legit from bank of scotland thankfully where on the ball or id be down a couple hundred!
