They said they were UK Care and Health doing a survey and got details from the NHS. The latter makes me rather concerned. In hindsight I think they probably were genuine but I declined.

I got calls from someone telling me he is from microsoft and my PC has a virus! :) Scammers!!
Erg pay there contractors peanuts too come out then charge the customer £ for nothing then try and charge another huge fee on top too fix it usually three times the amount of other companies, complete scammers, they need stopping.
Automated service: "Your call is important to us..." Over & over. Tried to cancel call & wasn't able to switch off my mobile. Had to remove SIM. NOT A SAFE NUMBER
