Caller claimed to be from an organisation which teaches English as a foreign language to Philippine people in need and wanted to recruit me as a volunteer to have conversations with students - quote "they may ask you questions about your life". I asked where I could check this scheme out and he said his manager would call back with further details. Very suspicious. Called saying I had been on an all inclusive holiday in the last few years. I ve never been on an all inclusive, and I only recently changed my mobile number. I asked where they got my number "we work with a number of third parties" was the only response I could get. Didn t even wait to find out what they wanted, asked to be removed from system and also blocked the number.
