skilltrain, cabot finnancial, fake debt collecting, scam.
Don?t know if it was a computer generated voice leaving a voice mail or just a strange accent from a Glasgow number. Saying something about tax avoidance and tax evasion! To call on their number before they take it to the local courts! I pay tax through PAYE so I?d say it?s a scam!

Mobile phone only rung for about 20 seconds. Didn t get a chance to pick up.
Call from a telephone blocking service. He asked if I received nuisance calls. I said yes plenty but he didn t understand the irony and pressed on with his script. I asked where he was based. He said 70 Margaret Street London which is the HQ of the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) (Note that the caller was NOT from the TPS). I asked him the name of the nearest underground station at which point he terminated the call.
Happened again but this time I answered and got a silent call.
SCAM- These people have distressed an elderly neighbour twice in the past couple of days - first insisting they're 'BT anti fraud' and how he should pay £120 for new telephone handsets! - The second time they called themselves 'MaxTalk' saying the order was on its way and phishing for an address to send!...All highly despicable!
