Probably scam. Phoned but I didn't answer as didn't recognise the number.
Whoever this was purported to be my son and wanted me to call back. Didn't as there were at least 2 red flags.

SCAM Automated call professing to be from HM Revenue and customs. I hung up before it could say any more.
SCAM Caller said they were from 3 (mobile phone company), said they had a promotion to reduce my bill and asked me whether I am using an iPhone or Samsung phone. I refused to give them details and the caller swore at me then hung up.

SCAM Received call at 9.45 this morning caller said he was from Microsoft and there was a problem ,Told him I do not have a computer he put down the phone immediate .this was a scam call nasty if you are not aware all calls purporting to be from Microsoft are scam calls they would never alert you by phone Beware
Persistently called by this number, trying to sell some energy deal. Repeatedly told him I'm not interested. Will not accept no. I am registered with TPS and have threatened to inform them. Very annoying individual.

he claimed that he is doctor but he is thief. he try to provide services to you but after you pay the money, he goes away and never answer you again.
This phone number may exist in real life, but is being used to send a recorded spam message about an expired Amazon Prime account . The area code is just a sham.
