Received a recorded voice message from this number informing that BT had detected a fraudulent action involving my IP. Advised to press 9 and speak to the operator as well as being warned not to use any online banking till the fault had been fixed. Till that last bit was added, it was all quite believable......but that made me doubt the call's true origin. After pressing 9 put through to an Indian sounding gentleman who was quite unable to answer any of my question relating to my identity and he terminated
