Number called and when I got to the phone silent so supect automated dialler just about to hang up. no message left and when I tried calling back I got the message "this number is not accepting calls at present". so don t know who it is but suspicious

Fraud. Text message, purports to be from HSBC confirming payments made out of my account, and a link if it's not me that made the payment. I don't have an HSBC account.
