Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). After only giving a few details the advisor gave details of companies/transactions that

Hmm, this number seems to be used for silent calling (testing if the line is active) and after that they call you with different financial services - pensions offers and PPI - but in fact it seems to be scam. DO NOT call them back, this line is for shared costs, such call will cost you money...
