Called, its a recorded message from a company saying its a no obligation something something call then it hung up? I suspect they are looking for people to call back on a premium rate or something weird?

Called at 1210hrs. Male with office sounds in background. He spoke with an Indian sub-continent accent. Said his name was Simon and was calling to make me debt free. I asked him the time where he was. He asked "Why". I said if he did not answer the question I would hang up. I hung up.

SCAM! Someone called me on 01494 490253 saying that "I have a job there" they knew my name which was weird as I never worked anywhere near the area. So if you get it block it and change the number which I did
Had ring me 2 days in a row. A man with a very strong Indian accent said he was ringing from O2 saying as a loyal O2 customer I qualify for a discount on my O2 monthly bill. When he started asking me to go into messages to see a text he was sending to me I decided it sounded dodgy and hung up. Today I just told them I don't believe they are ringing from O2 and told them to F off before hanging up.
Silent call: When I answered the phone, the person was silent, and they ended the call.
Maybe they are legit but they called me at gone 8pm just for a survey that could've been an email! They call quite often too, personally I just ignore them.
Fraud or SCAM. I received a call from this number pertaining to be from Amazon. They said that an order for an iPhone 11 had been made on my Amazon account. I've heard of this scam before so I promptly said "You scamming b*****d... F**k off".
