A scam - told me my visa card had been used =charges to Amazon (that always means its a rubbish call) and then a 4 figure charge outgoing to Western Union. I don't have a Visa card

SCAM / SPAM Indian Scammers, purporting to be Amazon Prime. Ask you to Open your laptop so they can Remote control it. YEAH Right!!!! Kept them on hold for 5 Minutes, at least waste their time people.
