Automat This number called on Sunday @12.15pm. Didn't recognise so didn't pick up. But called back for it to say this number is not recognised! I'm on the TPS service and they still call. ????

rang on my mobile, which is not a published number. I didn t answer, when I tried to call them back, system message said the other person has hung up . tried a few times, always get the same message.
foreign sounding man claiming to be from global services. I doubt it!
No response. 5 seconds later automated voice said goodbye

Didn't recognise number so didn't answer - call came from Whalley area on the O2 network
