Sounded like someone from the Indian subcontinent calling from a very noisy call centre, so bad that I couldn't understand what he was saying. Mentioned BT but when I said I couldn't hear or understand what he was saying he hung up.
This number calls from a company self-identified as "UK Applied Services of 618 Breckside Way, L10 6PS". They refer to an RTA which they claim the recipient has been involved in, they are happy to give a date of RTA (and probably further details). I suspect they are ambulance chasers.
