A company called CSG Support, a child support safety campaign group, that makes booklets for schools called me saying that i owed them ?240 for an advert in there booklet which i know nothing about. They offered a ?40 discount for my card details to clear the debt. I told them no, i did not do any advert and put the phone down. ITS A CON BE CAREFUL

Foreign woman who could barely speak English saying something about my Virgin internet connection. Nothing wrong with my connection or anything else so presumed she was a scammer and treated her to a mouthful of abuse before hanging up. Sounded like it was an Indian (scam) call centre.

Recorded message stating 'this is call from Amazon...' at which I hang up. Obviously a scam, I have received 3 in the last week each time I block the number and it calls again on a different one. Early morning or lunch time usually. Exactly the same recorded voice and message. I don't listen beyond 'Amazon' but I presume it is about pressing a button to connect with some low life that wants to take what isn't theirs to take.
