An Indian sounding man asked to speak to Mrs. I asked him to tell me who he was and what he wanted. He again asked if I was Mrs. I said I needed to know who he was and what he wanted before I gave that information. He then got agitated and became rude. He told me he was from the council and asked again if I was Mrs. I told him I wasn't to which he said good and hung up.
