Scam called, recorded message saying a letter had been returned from HMRC and I was under investigation.
Fraud. Claims to be PayPal but answered by Indian call center. Asked them what my paypal email address was and they hung up. Kept calling them and asking if they knew that what they were doing was fraud/illegal.

Numbers 01182-302112 -308128 & -308140 are loft insulation scams. Phone rings and caller, a computer, hangs up if it doesn't hear a voice! If you answer "hello" or anything else, your line is then logged as a 'VOICE LINE' and you'll be called back sometime later by a con-artist! Whenever you don't recognize a number, DON'T SPEAK! JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear anyone and the line goes dead, then you've just successfully escaped being scammed! Well done :-)

Telemarketing Sales call - supposedly from Three Mobile but I already have a business contract with Three and this caller is randomly trying to sell me a new handset. Sounds dodgy. Got a similar call a while ago and checked with actual Three and they didn't know anything about it.
