They do not ask for any personal or sensitive information, they are only interested in your most recent interaction. Natwest would not use an untrustworthy company. Unfortunately, as with any company, you occassionally have muppetts working within the system giving everyone else a bad name. People have to work, you re better off directing abuse at the job shy. "
