Found out more about this number from good ol Google Apparently they try to get to book an appointment with you to come to your home, to provide double glazing. They were on Watchdog around June/July time of 2015. Stay away from them, it seems as if they are nothing but trouble.

SCAM Female caller with Asian sounding voice purported to be from Microsoft, Reading when found she could not solicit information and answer my questions transferred to a male caller with similar accent. Got highly excited when found he was getting nowhere with my responses and questions and became quite abusive. Gist of call was that they, at Microsoft as the manufacturer of my operating system had detected a Trojan that was accessing my personal information.
