I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. Called a couple of times, hung up before I answered, the number seems to come from the Russian Federation, I know I have family in a few countries around the world but definitely NONE in Russia, beware it could be a scam.

Indian accent claiming to be EE running a promotion. He ask for some pretty personal information. Name, address etc things EE should already have on file. Did not know the branch he was working from and was pretty adamant to get card info to enroll for the so called promotion but I had already picked up that it was a scam so no information was provided.

Fraud Called today to me living in Norway. When I spoke Norwegian they hang up :-) Sounded like they called from a callcenter. Lots of speaking in the background. Probably wanted to scam me.
