always rings off before a chance to answer.IT IS ECONOMY energy and I am with them..I have an ongoing dispute with them regarding innaccurate meter readings from when I switched from another supplier but I will not respond until it is in writing to me.Would recommend to avoid them at all costs. they give you a very low estimate of your gas/electric Direct Debit then NEVER send anyone to read meter...customer service is ABYSMAL
