i took the call for someone else on their phone, and asked for more information from the company. Was told it was a personal call, when i could hear it was a call centre. The lady refused to give me any info and she told me thats its okay she will phone on the other number she has, tutted and was rude!
Amazon again. Lost count of the number of times they have called. Completely fed up with them.
