Claimed to be from Amazon Prime about renewal, but don't have it. Had 4 in past 2 weeks.
Totally unnecessary attitude to customers. I had a 5 minute call where they failed to hang up but left me a message on an answerphone - I think I heard the F word three times, and had to put up with poor singing too!

Second call today, first one silent, this was an electronic voice with an American accent (go figure!) saying they were calling from BT, I ended the call and barred it, seems like a scam to me, registered as such with my call barring service
