A fraud call, says from Microsoft

Internet stated was from BT Openreach about slow internet, played along for about 5 mins, when he realised he said “why you wasting my time mother fucker” then hung up.

01202627797 called today. It was automated and said they were from Visa fraud team. They were holding a payment of £800 (and something) pounds which was a suspicious payment on a gambling site in America. I was told to press 1 if this wasn't me and to be connected to the fraud team. Obviously I just hung up, searched the number which didn't come up with anything, I checked my bank accounts and rang the bank's fraud number. As I thought, it was a scam.

SCAM I was phoned by this number today. It was a crackly line and the woman said she it was a bank call telling me that there were 2 suspicious payments from my bank account today. One for £300 and one for £3000. There were nos to press to agree to the payments or a number to speak to someone. I ended the call and then redialled the number registered, but it said that it was an incorrect number.
Hoax call claiming to be from "internet provider". Dangerous.
SCAM -- 7.45 a.m., Asian woman, semi-intelligible from noisy call centre, about our 'BT account'. We don't have one: took a few moments to shake her off.
Robot call, says from Amazon fraud department. Usual rubbish about £700 suspicious transaction, press 1 to block the payment etc.
