no introduction - Very poor quality call - unhappy with pushy caller - supposed survey but rang off after 3 questions.

SCAM I am guessing scam. Said it was a 2 question survey which could result in receiving government green incentives. He ended the call politely when I said I didn't believe him. We are registered with TPS so should not have received the call.
