This is a number that is in a series of numbers from 0843566xxxx on rotation that I have been blocking for 3+ years. It’s clearly cold calling for insurance as I have answered a call however most calls ring 3 times before ending the call. Very difficult to track. And every time you block one number, another variation of the first 7 numbers appears a few days later. Very annoying. Very frustrating.

Possible scam. Supposedly from ukgov stating eligibilty for discounted energy bill which I'm already getting anyway!
SCAM Claims to be a "security call" from Visa Debit. Obvious scam. I hung up before it could go on for long.
It's a scam number, NOT a genuine Virgin CreditCard services number. SCAM!
No idea who this is but an unknown caller/misscall to UK from Atyrau, Kazakhstan does not inspire confidence.

SCAM caller stating he is from Microsoft
An Indian woman said she was 'Christine' calling from Microsoft about my computer. I told her to go away (or something like that!). I will now report them to Action Fraud.
SCAM: an automated message which says this is your internet provider you are going to be cut off due to ilegal activities online which obviously is false and it didn't say who ISP was.
As with other review, cold caller knew my name & kept referring to "second income".

Scam. Only got last 20 secs of call as it went to answerphone, but it asked for confirmation of charges to Amazon and Moneytransfer, neither of which I've used! Also an option to speak to "Fraud Team" Do not reply to this con. If you have any reason to believe it's true, contact your bank (etc) either by visiting the branch or at least use email/web address that you know is correct, not supplied by this means.
