Received a call from 07520648939, claimed to be from a finance/stock market company- very strong foreign accent. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. SUSPECTED SCAM - My phone didn’t display ‘suspected spam’ message and on this occasion, I answered it, heard first few seconds of a recorded message: claiming to be Mastercard Security department. Hung up & blocked number.
I’m guessing it’s a scam. I’ve had this number call me every day for several days in a row. As soon as I answer,it cuts off. I assume if you ring it back,you’ll be charged a huge amount?
I'm not even living in the UK and the phone number I got called on is a Dutch one which I do not use very actively. I didn't answer but it's safe to assume that ignoring this number is the best course of action.

Indian accent claiming to be EE running a promotion. He ask for some pretty personal information. Name, address etc things EE should already have on file. Did not know the branch he was working from and was pretty adamant to get card info to enroll for the so called promotion but I had already picked up that it was a scam so no information was provided.
