Call center. Said name was Martin from the Rethink Energy Company, wanting information about the house. Claimed had been asked by energy companies to contact households in my postcode area. I said if I wanted advice I would seek it myself, not from a company I didn't know. Internet search shows that there is a Rethink Energy Ltd, but no Rethink Energy Company.
SCAM text claiming to be from a post office delivery man called Simon who had been unable to deliver with a link to a site for redirection. I knew it was fake but linked site appears very genuine/clone of a real one. Requests input of personal info. My response as always to block and report the number.

UK +447738015632 is a Scam caller. Hang up, block the number & report it. I answered & it took a couple of seconds to connect to the caller, in the way offshore call centres connect. Sure enough an Indian accented woman said "Hello how are you?" When I asked who she was, she said she was calling from she replied, Curry's PC World. Text message claiming to be Santander, claiming that there is some suspicious payment attempts on your current account. Said they’d attempt to call shortly ti talk to you about it in on a number, it was like the banks number, its not the actual banks number its different by 1 digit.

This number has called me several times but when asked who is calling they refuse to answer. I have blocked them on several numbers. If they don’t have the courtesy to let you know who they are when calling I assume it’s a scam and block them. Something fishy when they won’t tell you who they are or why they are calling.
