I have been pestered by unwanted call from this number, I believe it to be Weatherseal telesales. I am a wman of 75 years recently widowed and these calls have upset me greatly.
Says that HMRC have your house under surveillance. Not called them back but suspect that they will want some money. HMRC need to get a grip of this one.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 011724443xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?
Again I see many other people have been bothered by these calls -William never answer -wishing this could be stopped permanently.

They are a legit debt collection agency who (as mentioned above) have purchased debt from another company such as Phone Networks, Utility companies etc. If you owe money they will call you but must adhere to certain times of the day which is normally 8am until 9pm only.
Same as others, No response from the person on the other end, so we hung up.

When I asked them to give me details, they become more aggressive and sternly ask you to confirm you have been in an accident until they finally hang up. Very irritating and very unprofessional.
