A South African lady said she was phoning from the telephone help service. I told her we didn't take calls of that nature from unsolicited callers. She said she wasn't an unsolicited caller, so I asked if I had "requested a call from her"? Needless to say, she then hung up!

These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". Indian man phoned telling me that I was owed ?1000 from a loan that I had in 2005. I told him that I had already claimed all of my PPI but he insisted that if I just say that I haven t claimed before and I will get my money in 2 weeks.
