This time I picked up the phone, only because I thought it may be the hospital calling me. Said hello and they hung up.
I try and keep them on the phone as long as possible to waste as much of their time as I can - this also stops them scamming someone else in the mean time.
I didn t wait a call from Sheffield and I thought that it was spam telemarketing. In fact they asked me to change my energy supplier. I said no, but they were very persistent.
