These pests have been calling everyday sometimes several times a day & then hanging up, i m fed up with these prank calls. Cold calling is meant to be ilegal so why are these pests getting away with it?

Silence to begin with then a fast talking call centre drone telling me I had been involved in a car accident (which I haven t/nor hit anything) I advised them I hadn t and she then went onto say that perhaps it was something I was unaware of! Said I wasn t interested and hung up.

Just the usual beep beep hang up when I answered. I presume its the usual sales call.

Had a call today from a man claiming to be Windows who said that my computer had automatically informed him of a fault. Sensing this was a scam, I persisted in asking for a name (none was given apart from windows , and an explanation of what the error code was that he was claiming to get from my computer.
