This is a scam. They have listed several properties in Europe that are fake on Airbnb and make you pay via a fake Bookings.com website.
This company keeps calling and using the wrong surname. Then she asks me to answer yes or no to questions! Definitely think this is a scam especially as she called again today.

SCAM Caller claimed to be from Amazon Prime stating that my account was expiring today. I played along to see what the method was and she asked me to download an app to my phone which would allow her to take control of it. Clearly looking to get people's account and card details too. SCAM Called on my mobile @ 20.00hrs. A Northampton dial code. Caller when questioned was from "the Philipines" looking to see if I qualify for "home insulation" funding. When asked how my phone number was accessed the caller hung up. Had this not been a recognised dial code I would not have answered the call. number now blocked. Also appears on missed calls list from yesterday @ 12.58hrs.

This number has called me several times in the past few days & 3 times today alone. I do not answer unsolicited calls & NEVER give ANY personal information over the phone, not to even confirm my name. I suspect this is an automated dialer & more than likely a scam. I am going to block this number. Job done.
