Definitely a scam. Pretended to be EE. Caught them out straight away and he hung up. Do NOT give them any information!
No idea who this was but as they left no voice mail I can only assume it to be bogus, some kind of sales cold call .
Keep getting hassled by these fake phone contract impersonators. You block them, they contact you on another number. Normal rigmarole, offer to cut your bill, then ask you for code sent via text. They have spoofed your details and with the code cam access your account. I gave them the wrong code about 5/6 times before they gave up. I try to waste their time for as long as possible, only pleasure from these calls.SCAM

Recorded message saying it was from my bank but didn't name the bank. Said they were ringing about 2 suspicious transactions on my account and then gave the details of the transactions. Then said press 1 to accept the transactions or 2 to speak to an operator.....SCAM

Just received a WhatsApp message from this number saying Hi. Shows on WhatsApp as a business account under the name 'Emily'. Will not respond as don't know this number.

NB: WHY would a GLOBAL company be calling me from same Area Code!? Probably to panic people into giving out personal details (ie Bank info)!!! Same as others who have reported this number: automated message, female voice, unspecified bank or card provider, two transactions referred to - one, “Amazon” and one, “international monetary transfer site”, press 1 to speak about to someone, etc ….. definitely dodgy and dangerous.
Caller said she was from my internet provider and that I had a problem over the last 2 weeks.
