SPAM I have an alert that tells me if the phone call is Spam, and this was on of them, I hung up, so unknown company , but be aware ,
this company just rang and rang and rang, even when i asked them why they were calling me 4-5 times each day the caller just laughed and hung up - i just blocked the number after a few days had enough of the rude callers.
Called me and it was just people chatting before hanging up. When i called back, the call was dropped before anyone answered.
This phone number along with multiple other UK numbers call my Canadian phone number HUNDREDS of times throughout the day for someone I don't know. They refuse to stop calling me.

I decided to answer the call as I'd had numerous from similar numbers. English male voice who knew my name & address and said it's about my Hotpoint washing machine warranty that's about to expire. The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.
